About the event
What size Sugar Maples and Red Maples are safe to tap for Maple syrup? Carlisle resident Scott Richarson and other "Sap and Tap" enthusiasts will demonstrate how to tap a tree and collect the sap. Boiling the sap will be discussed and there are tasting opportunities to taste "real" maple syrup vs store made substitutions.
