During the Mosquito Trash Party on Saturday April 4, 2026 Mike Saylor, with a little help from Alison Saylor, used 186 screws to assemble the new cedar picnic table. All that remains is for the garden class volunteers to remove some turf underneath the table, line the circle area with landscape fabric, and then fill the circle with wood chips brought in by the Carlisle DPW. This lovely cedar tool shed will require several years to finance. It will be most helpful to the hard working volunteers who use their own sheds and garages to store signs, tables and tools used at Carlisle Center Park. Colors will be different, but this in 8 x 10

Table will be set back on the lawn on a mulch circle The two center boards will have donor names for a $250 donation or a business name or special message for a $500 donation for anyone donating before Feb 14, 2026. The picnic table will be in line with the center entrance, but towards the back garden bed to keep it in the shade for most of the time. It will weather to become a soft gray.
