Dead Elm removed and replaced by Yellowwood tree

Purchased from the Carlisle Garden Club's Native Plant Sale this spring, and kept happy and watered by Alison Saylor and Chris Cox, this young tree found a wonderful final growing space near to the stump left by the dead Elm tree. Many thanks to the Carlisle DPW for handling the removal of the large Elm that succumbed to Dutch Elm disease last year.
